With ADHD, your random thoughts – and the fear that you’ll forget them – lead to a lot of needless jumping from task to task.  Create one place to enter everything you need to deal with or remember. Simply “park” incoming thoughts in that place and immediately return to what you were doing.

Evernote is the best place to store anything online if you’re ADD, ADHD, or simply organization-challenged.  Enter any kind of file, photo, email or document into Evernote on any of your devices — PC or Mac, phone, tablet — and pull it up on all your other devices.
